NIGO is following up the launch of the well-received adidas Tokio Solar with a winter-inspired footwear and apparel capsule with adidas Originals. Among the former propositions, the streetwear legend reworks the Men's/Women's Adidas Nizza and Marathon TR. Similar to previous work on other Originals silhouettes, the high-top canvas sneaker is left to indulge in two tonal color schemes: grey or cream.
A subtle but detail-accurate homage, the pair starts first underfoot. Along the tooling’s front and rear bumpers, a tire tread imprints in homage to the AE86’s wheels, the pattern meant to be worn down all the same. Adidas Nizza Shoes Then, atop the lateral walls, the “Fujiwara Tofu Shop” name dresses in emboldened text, complementing the Initial D logo that is found on the side opposite as well as above near the collar. The heel’s blacked out vulc tab, which references Japanese license plates, rounds out the exterior, while black and white panels from the manga superimpose atop the mostly hidden insoles.
Both options, however, boast Human Made special touches, namely seen via the medial side zipper and the Japanese text it exposes and the brand’s signature heart logo running across the midsole’s light gum brown makeup. Adidas Nizza Outlet By contrast, the duo’s trail-ready counterparts boast a modified taller silhouette, multi-color arrangement and BOOST cushioning. Shades of blue, grey, red, yellow and brown found between both trainers evoke the flair of the model’s late 1970s debut. NIGO adds his brand’s heart logo on the ankle padding of both rugged pairs.
adidas Consortium and Alife come together to release a special iteration of the Adidas Nizza Online. Although the Alife x adidas Nizza Hi Artist Proof is a reimagined version of the model and Alife brings their own character to the shoe, it still manages to maintain the qualities from the model that made it’s debut in 1975. The Alife x adidas Nizza Hi Artist Proof comes dressed in a White upper and is then contrasted by the Black glossy rubberized Alife logo noted on the lateral side of the shoe.
The low-top silhouette sports Grey Two canvas uppers that are complemented by Orbit Violet side stripes and branding on the tongue label. Adidas Nizza Sale As part of adidas’s sustainability goals, 20% of the content used to construct the uppers are made with minimum 50% recycled materials. Near the collar of the lateral side, two patches are stitched on. These elements use a refreshing palette of pastels to create graffiti and embroidery-inspired graphics. A white Vulcanized rubber sole unit provides additional traction while completing the artsy style.
